SHEAFFER PRESENTATION DESK SET DEPT. OF VETERAN AFFAIRS

This is a wonderful Sheaffer desk set that was a presentation set to an official with the Minneapolis division of the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs.  The base presentation is dated 1991-1992.  It features a large bronze?   Dept. of Veterans Affairs official seal on a marble insert.  The base is wood and has two scripted presetation plates.  The base has 2 Sheaffer ballpoint desk pens.  Base is in wonderful condition and is very impressive.
