If your purchase does not meet this standard, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the pen and any original factory packaging and paperwork included with the purchase is in the same condition as when purchased. Upon return, we will fully repair or replace the item. If a replacement is not satisfactory, we will issue a full refund or store credit—your choice.
